SeecondOpinion Terms of Use

Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to SeecondOpinion, a service developed by EducatedinPHX PLLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.
Not medical care or emergency service
SeecondOpinion helps you organize information, examine evidence, and prepare for conversations. It does not diagnose, prescribe, replace a licensed clinician, or provide emergency services. Do not rely on it for urgent or emergency decisions. Contact local emergency services when you may be experiencing an emergency.
Your account and information
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Only add information you are authorized to use, and review generated, imported, or extracted information for accuracy before relying on or sharing it. You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Evidence and automated features
Research summaries, calculations, extracted text, and automated responses may be incomplete, uncertain, or wrong. Source material and population evidence are not proof of your personal response. You are responsible for evaluating information with an appropriately qualified professional when a decision could affect health or safety.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate another person's privacy or rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Third-party services
Optional integrations and links may be governed by third-party terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party services, and enabling an integration authorizes the exchanges described when you connect it.
Pre-release features and availability
Some features may be early access, experimental, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Payment processing is not currently active; any future paid offering will present its price and applicable purchase terms before a charge.
Intellectual property
SeecondOpinion and its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by EducatedinPHX PLLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the service or another person's content.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without implied warranties. EducatedinPHX PLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
